The weary press on
The fat cats get fatter the poor get poorer. What has changed in 4000 years. The Romans, the Saxons, the Vikings, the Normans, the Government all take from people who have no say in the matter and no power to resist. The vast majority have no chance of doing anything that will cause change. The system that we all live in and strive to protect controls us and destroys us, even the rich that think that they are in charge are not, they are only part of the same system that would destroy them given half a chance. What is the solution? The system that we all work and live in has to be destroyed, the greedy exposed and the rich brought in to line, even to account. How will it happen? The whole establishment must be pulled apart and redesigned, people should have a say in every level of society, no one person or one group should dominate another. Corporate structures and alliances need to be broken down in to component parts no one entity can have more influence than the people. Nothing should be bigger than the voice of the people and everything must be subjected to them. Will it ever happen? I doubt it, unless there is a global war that acts as the catalyst to destroy the current structures, and change the viewpoint of the massess to such an extent that the people stop the elite regaining control. Then we may see a different world.

Training cuts or Not?
In the present climate businesses are looking at cutting costs. Unfortunately training is seen by many as a cost that can be saved. When times are tight, training budgets get cut. What are the impacts of doing this?
Staff are less productive.
Staff are less productive.
- Time is wasted asking questions about processes or tasks that simple training sessions would sort out.
- New initiatives are not undertaken
- Statutory training is not undertaken
- People are frustrated by simple things
Businesses should look at training as an investment as an asset. Training staff will make them more productive which in turn could lead to less staff being employed to do the same job, therefore saving money. Check out courses at http://www.itseasy.co.uk/
