DELIVERY
Courses take three forms; Workshop, Corporate and one to one.
Workshops are one day tutor led sessions where delegates are taught a set syllabus (see courses section). IT's Easy Training has put together a comprehensive library of business examples which are used throughout the training to ensure maximum learning. Corporate sessions can and sometimes follow the same format but usually courses are tailored to the company's specific requirements. Corporate sessions will always be closed sessions, i.e. one company only. One to one sessions are designed for owner managers or individuals that do not have time to attend regular training and would like a more intensive session geared to their own specific needs.
Typical sessions involve interactive training with continual trainer assessment. Challenging exercises drawn from local businesses are used to confirm learning, at the end of the training a final consolidation exercise brings all the learning points together making sure delegates have understood the course and are able to progress on their own.
IT's Easy Training provide an email after sales services for any delegate. This enables delegates to utilise the trainer’s expertise while working on material at work or home.
